Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the m4a1 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the m4a1 platform.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the m4a1 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those updated terms.

The m4a1 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement. m4a1 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Account Registration, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register and use only one account on the m4a1 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account login information, including username and password. m4a1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in protecting your account details.

Users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading details submitted may result in account termination. m4a1 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify user identity at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring all activity on your account complies with these terms. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access, you must notify m4a1’s support team immediately.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions

Users agree to use the m4a1 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
• Faking identity or using another person’s personal information without permission.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform system security.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any activity violating Malaysian law.
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
• Exploiting any technical errors or system weaknesses to gain unfair advantage.

M4a1 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity violating these rules and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Transaction Policies

All transactions on the m4a1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet, as well as other local payment options that may be offered from time to time. The current payment methods list can be found in the finance section of your account.

Successful deposits are automatically credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. m4a1 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set for each withdrawal method. Before processing withdrawals, m4a1 may request identity verification (KYC) to ensure transaction security. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified in the platform support section.

Any attempt to make deposits or withdrawals using bank accounts or digital wallets not owned by the account holder is prohibited. m4a1 reserves the right to reverse or hold such transactions pending investigation.

Account Suspension, Liability Limitations, and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

M4a1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of violation of any terms in this document or to protect the safety of the platform and other users. In cases of account closure due to term violations, available fund balances may be subject to certain conditions before withdrawal is allowed.

Limitation of Liability

M4a1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages suffered by users from using this platform, including financial losses from gaming activities, service interruptions caused by factors beyond control, or third-party network failures. m4a1’s total liability to any user is limited to the actual balance in that user’s account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the m4a1 platform—including logos, interfaces, graphics, text, software, and brand names—is owned by m4a1 or licensed to m4a1. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from m4a1.

Third-Party Links, Terms Changes, and Governing Law

Third-Party Links and Services

The m4a1 platform may integrate third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and sports data suppliers. m4a1 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services integrated on the platform is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to These Terms

M4a1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are published signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through procedures set by m4a1. Users agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claims lies with the entity designated by m4a1 from time to time.
